I see sidebar in my main shop view:
https://makieta.wpengine.com/o-nas/wirtualny-katalog/

(especially layered navigation with attributes (ie ‘cotton’, ‘jeans’)

but when I click Shirts and go to category page:
https://makieta.wpengine.com/kategoria-produktu/shirts/

i dont see right sidebar, even though 3 products in this page have various ‘cotton’/’jeans’ attributes set.

How have you activated the Sidebar? Locally in the Page Settings of “wirtualny-katalog” or globally in ThemeOptions for ALL WooCommerce pages?

The Category is not a Physical page. Therefore if you want to show a sidebar on it you have to turn it on in global options under “Theme Options” and “WooCommerce Options” tab.
