WordPress 4.3 – Fonts don’t look right after WordPress update

Hi,
Suddenly the fonts in the headlines looked small to me, I tried to change it from H3 to H1, but it doesn’t seem to effect the size of the fonts…

Please help…

Same problem here (Boldial Theme)

For me, this is a problem caused by the WordPress 4.3 upgrade. The previous version of WordPress worked fine.

WordPress appears to put the

tag around everything. For example, for me it throws up this error: –

events / bars / music

All headings just render the same size. Is there any work around for this?

As is written in that post we’re going to do deep checking to assure that our themes our fully compatible with version 4.3 but it’ll take some time. We’ll let you know immediately when there is an update available.

We’re already digging deep in the WordPress core to find a fix for the problem ;) Give us a little more time to ensure 100% compatibility and do all necessary test and we will release a new update.

This worked for me, temporary quick fix until WP4.3 plays nicely with updated boldial theme. I added these two lines to the bottom of my child theme functions file

remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );
remove_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'wpautop' );

1 2	remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' ); remove_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'wpautop' );

This is also a partial solution, but many plugins rely on “wpautop”, so removing it might break other parts.

As a temporary solution, though, it might be ok.
