I made wordpress update to 4.4.

Now in the backendeditor there are only blank pages.

In visual composer I can see the stuff, but if I go tho edit in the settings I can also see no text.

I deactivated all the plugins, delete the browser cache., start the browser new.

still the same problem.

Please try deleting Kreo from the themes folder via FTP and then the log-in will work. Then try using the admin to upload the theme again and activate it as you did the first time. The mentned line 1994 is the end of file and no such “<" sign is there. Did you edit the file? Please do not upgrade to WordPress 4.4 until we and mainly Visual Composer which is used for content creation ensures compatibility with the new WordPress version. Also make sure all plugins are compatible before updating. Cheers

A 5 star rating is always a great motivation for us if you are happy with our theme or support!

We actually tested Kreo with WordPress 4.4 and all works perfectly on our side. Even logging into your back-end and testing it out produced absolutely no error or white screens.

The only problem is the tinyMCE is not loaded and we think this is caused by your server settings. You got to see why you’re getting error 403.

my hoster did’nt find a solution netiher.

In the end I found this on google:

code: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

to removed PHP handling just for the “/wp-includes/js/tinymce” folder by creating the .htaccess file inside

this was a solution, now it works for the moment.

Thanks for sharing the solution. This is something that should work without any problem. If not caused by any plugin, it is 100% related to your current hosting provider or hosting account. Hope it won’t be a problem for the future.

Cheers
