In our blog post we get a wrong count of comments. For example:

CAS genesisWorld: die kleinen Geheimtipps III

This post have no comment but Minicorp shows one.

In an other example the have 3 comments but it’s shown 5.

Wie man Pfeffer in einen Geschäftsbrief bringt

Do you have an idea what the problem could be?

Does the number change once these get deleted completely?

That doesn’t seem to be the problem. I’ve deleted the spam and trash folder.

Could you please try to add a comment to the article with the wrong number and see if the number changed to a correct one?

Also are try disabling all the plugins and check if the problem got fixed. If yes, then re-enable them one by one a check when the problem appears to identify the source.

But the problem is the same. When I add a comment then the number goes up to two (example 1).

I also have disabled all plugins – no change.

But I think I’ve found the cause direct in the comments-table. You also count the pingback as comment. Can I change this easily?

I would recommend you to implement this change fix in an update. Without it looks like a bug. Or you change the comment section that the pingbacks will shown there.
