Changing Design of Short Code Items

How do I change files in the shortcodes_templates directory when using a child theme so changes won’t be lost when you release a new version? Specifically I want to change the h tags in the ish_recent_posts.php file but I don’t want to edit the core and lose them when you have a new version.
Thank you again for all of your help and I am sorry if this has already be addressed but I could not find it.
