Thank you for purchasing one of our themes. Please read our support policy to better understand it.

Why we provide support

Providing support for ThemeForest or MojoMarketplace items is not mandatory and is not included in the purchase price. We do, however, provide the support as a good will gesture to our verified clients.

Before asking questions

  • Read the Documentation which came packaged with your download.
  • Search this forum for a similar topics as it might have already been resolved

What the support covers

  • Installations & Setup problems 
  • Theme features usage help
  • Issues or Bugs in our themes

What the support DOES NOT cover

  • Customizations
  • 3rd Party Plugins problems

Although we try to help you with all possible issues. The support is meant for problems and general usage of our themes only. We’re unable to support third party plugins or provide customizations.

Support time

We reply to support questions as soon as possible (usually 2-4 hours). Sometimes the turnaround times might get up to 48 hours (weekends, days off, etc..)
