Homepage slider image issues on Windows8, IE10

I am working on a site for one of my clients and they are having trouble seeing the homepage slider images. Apparently they are not loading properly. We are not seeing this problem on older versions of IE or on Macs. If anyone has had similar problems please let me know. If others could look at the site through Windows 8 and IE10 to see if they are having the same issue I’d love to know that as well. http://www.operatorintelligence.com
