Mistakes in the HTML5 validation. How to fix them?

I,m sorry about begin so boring but, i have a problem whit html5,and i can not found then in the FTP. The mistakes are as follows:

1-A meta element with an http-equiv attribute whose value is X-UA-Compatible must have a content attribute with the value IE=edge.
