Portfolio and WPML – How to translate (change) portfolio slug for other languages

Hi!
In portfolio items list I don’t see the wpml “flag columns” so to edit in an other language I have to go in editing page and then switch.

I also have a problem with portfolio slug that seems not work in other languages even I have changed it in theme options. So if my item url is mysite.com/myslug/item/ I get a 404 for the english version mysite.com/en/my-en-slug/en-item/

Can you help me please, quite urgent…
