Portfolio Mobile Device Issues

Hi, The titles of the portfolio items are very large and are being cut off on the portfolio archive page on “mobile devices” only.

The site is thecookiefantasy.com and the portfolio archive page is set to be the homepage.
Is there a way to make the text appear smaller and the images closer to each other instead of one aligned right and the other aligned left?
