Portfolio slider issues

When you click on the slider options within a portfolio section, there is a glitch prior to the slider activating. The image icon and content description are stretched and hesitate for a second before the next image will appear in the slide. It will happen on every portfolio section. I have upgraded WordPress, so I am concerned that it might be an upgrade issue.
