Project Photo Descriptions

Hi! I’m just working on getting my site set up. Is there a way to have longer descriptions of each of the images in a portfolio project? I have the titles, but sometimes would like to have more information. I’ve added captions and other info into the media gallery info, but I don’t see anywhere that it displays. Any assistance would be appreciated.
