White stripe space on the right when not using responsive design on ipad

Refrasing the problem: I tested my website on an ipad 1 and my ideal setting is:
:: Header with mobile version.
:: body with full content as a desktop view, otherwise all icons and content on the ipad will be all stacked up and feels horrible.

The “header Navigation Responsive Layout” is set to 1024;
The “Page width” is Notebook(960px) and “Responsive Layout” with 767.

All is almost right, with the exception of the white stripe/space appearing at the right of the page…

Is there a way to fix this, getting the full width of the content/header?
