Widget import fail

Hello,
I’m having an issue wherein when I try to import the widget files with the widget as per the setup instructions. Both the Recent Projects widget and the We Are Social widget get the error: Site does not support widget
I’ve carefully gone step by step through the setup instructions, so I’m not sure why it’s throwing the error.
