WPBakery Visual Composer not working

Hello, I am also missing the WP Bakery visual Composer. I checked my theme options and there is no indication to update my theme. I have installed Classic Editor which was suggested in another thread about this but that doesn’t help. I tried to register with your site for notification of theme updates (I had to switch my license to do so) but got no email even though your site told me to check my email for the converted license that i need to receive such updates.

My site is busted looking and not functional this way, I can’t build it and it has been hours of going back and forth trying to figure out the answer. What should I do?
