How to edit page Title in Browser’s Tab for Home Page

    Hi
    Was wondering if there was any place to edit the website landing page http://www.cvsharks.co.za. It shows CV Sharks | in the browser tag whereas on other pages it shows CV Sharks | About Us.
    Would like the landing page to show CV Sharks | Home.

    Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
