Strange background sitting behind of my pages

Hello,

I’ve been getting a weird feature in every page I create which I can’t seem to make it go away.

It looks like as if my pages were sitting on the top of an unformatted (no CSS applied to it) version of the admin panel. On the very top of the pages, I get a space or about 30 px before the image I applied on the background starts and the very top of the page.

My site is currently set to “under maintenance” and nobody can’t see it, so posting a link here would not work.

Any way I could set one of you as a second administrator to look at it? I need an email to do so.
