How do I remove this annoying little bar?

Seen above I have this little annoying bar I’ve been trying to get rid of in the header. I’ve been told by some people its in the css but I can’t for love nor life figure out how to physically find it to remove it. From what I can gather on Inspect in google chrome is it belongs to ish-row_inner.

How can I remove this as it so very out of place on my menu bars?

After further looking into it I found it belongs to this section:

.ish-part_header .ish-row_inner:before & upon removing the bottom 5px it removes it. However this is just in inspect mode I have no idea which file/path in the ftp I can locate it. So much help would be appreciated.
