Visual Builder doesn't Work after last theme update

The owner a few days ago that can not use the visual builder on the front end. And from the backend the visualbuilder button points to https://vc.wpbakery.com/?utm_campaign=VCplugin&utm_source=vc_user&utm_medium=backend_editor

I bought another license of the theme, I updated the site, the theme and the plugins, but it still does not work.

Any ideas? Thank you
