Full set of Elements

I was recently building the website using No8 and had access to quite a few design elements more than I currently see. At some point we needed to reinstall the No8 theme, but I believe the update was done correctly, all plugins are up to date, etc. but I do not see all options available.

I presently see 33 elements available but the previous Elements menu (with more design items and blog preview shortcodes) had something like 50-60. Can you tell me how to re-access these, as some of the options seemed extremely helpful for our web plan.
