Can't access full page of existing content and elements in Visual Composer

Hi;

I’m on the latest version of No8 and using the recent update of WordPress; however, the Visual Composer no longer presents the whole page. Essentially it is only presenting the top row and will not allow me to scroll down.

The code is there in the WordPress text and visual editors, but I cannot access any previously added elements (rows, columns, forms, etc) below the top row using the Composer.

I have reinstalled the theme as well as the WordPress update just in case but this is still happening, and I would like to make edits with the Composer tools.
