Blog Full-width Setup

Hi Boldial Team,

How can I configure my website to be just like the “Blog – Full-width” page in your demo site? Please see reference here: https://themes.ishyoboy.com/?theme=boldial-wp

Here are the things that I want to setup/configure:
1. “Read More” Button format per blog is set from “Right-Left-Right-Left- as seen in the link provided above.
2. “Image Thumbnail” per blog post/row
3. “Background Color” per blog post/row
