WP Bakery controls missing

Hi,
I don’t have the usual controls (padding, margin, divider sizes) in my WP Bakery modules, is that normal?

I didn’t build this site, so I don’t know if it was always like that or if there is a problem with Inverto theme.

I need to change the padding and margin of some rows and sections, and the size of dividers, but I don’t see how to do it without the controls.

Could you check?
