Blog pagination problem – 404 not found

Hi our blog doesnt work properly… it only shows 1 of the posts on the page and it was the most recent one and also it shows that there is 4 pages worth of blog but all other 3 pages go to a 401 page cannot be found page. I dont know nor can i figure out where the problem is coming from. The blog site is https://www.snappanel.com/blog/
