Breadcrumbs/Main Tagline and 0% header color background

Hi again!
In the header I use no color background, color is set to 0% in Theme Options. But when I want to use breadcrumbs, socials icons or write a main tagline in the custom taglines the background display a 100% color.

Is it possible to change that ?
