Tagline Image

Hi,

Now that I have played around with your theme and getting a hang of it.
I have an issue that I am not sure if custom CSS is the solution.

I am doing a mackup using supplied theme pics (hopefully to replace with my own)
Trying to get the tagline image to cover 25% of the page and when scroll I get the sticky header. Site: https://www.carolinemarchionna.com/home-3/

If you can see base on the upload of your image its all the way up showing about 10%

If explained correctly the tagline will have the image that when scroll will have a sticky header.

Please advise I believe when I get this figured out I will be well on my way to completing phase 1
