Remove the background color from sticky navigation

Hi

I am trying to remove the tagline and believe I have disable it. …
But its still showing up when I scroll the page.
I would like to keep the navigation in place without the sticky background..
I have search the forum but nothing relating to what I am trying to accomplish

Take a look at the site link provided the grey shade background at the top is still sticky..
