Copy content from portfolio to about us page and remove title area

Hi,

I have edited a portfolio page and would like it to be my about us page.
How can I change the URL from:
https://interpal.co/portfolio/office-guy-2/

To:
https://interpal.co/about-us/
(currently does not exist)
