Installing woocommerce makes White screen of death appear

everything in the admin panel becomes white, only way to solve this is deleting woocommerce.
i achieved to install it 1 time without problems, than asked for woocommerce-color plugin, installed, and again WSOD, i deleted woocommerce-color and WSOD didn’t disappear, again i had to delete woocommerce…
wordpress is 4.2.2 and theme is last version on themeforest
