vertical stripe on right side shouldn't be there on responsive sizes

HI, I am having a similar problem to poster # #9037. I have only created the Home page, and the page is not properly responsive in i pad mini or iphone5. I have had others view it on their android devices, and it is the same problem. I had a yellow panel on the right side which only showed up on devices.I went into the Theme Options colors and changed the default yellow bkgd to white, so the stripe is white or you could call it blank. But it shouldn’t be there at all since it should go to full screen width–I am using the UNboxed style. As you will also notice, the Rev slider doesn’t work responsively, but I can write that in another support topic.

Also, when I went to look at # #9037 new test page, I saw that the page wasn’t totally responsive, I was getting the blue viewing bar to scroll across…
