Anchorlinks not working in Chrome

    Hi There!

    While I was working on a site, I encountered the following problem. My links to anchor points do not work in Chrome. I Work with version: 61.0.3163.100 (Official build) (64-bit).

    Do you have any idea? Can I bypass this? I do not hope this is a security issue from Chrome.
