Cannot SAVE Change Colors in theme options

    Hi,
    It is the first time that I use this theme, I like it. But I need support about some thinks.
    To start, if I change a color in the Color Options>>Theme Colors (for ex. the number 13 #3b5998 ) with a custom one, I can save this and see in the front hand but after few minutes there is again #3b5998, as if there had been no change.
    I tried several times, also Clearing my browser cache > same issue …
    I use Wp 4.6.1 and the Inverto child theme.
    How can I fix this issue?
    How can I change, for example the social icon color?
