Global attribute for shortcode not working (or wrong handled)

    Hi,
    try to place a full width image in a row (boxed version, no sidebar) and to avoid the 60px-padding by using following shortcodes:
    [row style="padding:0;"]
    or
    [row css_class="imgfull"]

    it’s not working.. what am I doing wrong?
    The html showed me, that only the second row uses the css:

    And is there maybe an easier solution? I tried to use the full width row without success.
