How to make the menu background transparent?

Hi,

I’m unable to find how to make the main menu background transparent so it shows a full image on background (same one as the header)

Already found how to make it transparent but then it shows the bg color but can’t achieve a full image on bg so I would appreciate if you can tip me.

Also, there’s any way to take down the small decoration dash at the top left under the logo?
