Portfolio mouse over colour change

Hi,

I’d like to change the colour when you mouse over your individual portfolio item.
The colour I want is like dark grey, not blue.

I have looked in different places but haven’t figured it out…

And one more thing… How do you make the social icons on your footer smaller?
Mine looks massive. Also I want them to be aligned with the copy on the left: © 2016 Myoung Chung.
