Remove Page Links/Titles from side nav bar and footer

    Hello! Great theme!

    What is the best way to remove all the page titles/links that are displayed in the footer and on the nav bar side pop up? Additionally, “Another amazing template by IshYoBoy.com” in the nav bar side pop up.
