Remove Tags on Blog Header & blog background issues.

Hi I was wondering how to remove the “tagged as” in the header of the blog posts.

I want to keep the date author and category but remove the tags.

Also, the background images on my main blog page, don’t fully load and look weird. Any help on fixing that would be greatly appreciated.
