Theme colors – prev/next and social icons box color change

Can you point me in the right direction to change the colors of the following two things:

I want to change the background (grey) colors of the <Prev/Next> box and the Social media box.

On this page:
https://67.227.201.150/~stacyharshmancol/
I want to change the background (grey) color of the blog post box (where it says “Welcome to my site”)
