Theme options setting not applying to other languages

Hi!
My father accidentally pressed reset to the theme options to delete everything I had set up for him. So I redid al the settings as I did not have a back up, Now it seems the settings does not apply it self to the english versjon of the page where the menu and fonts are different.. How can I fix this?
