Top Navigation Bar dropdown does not show title on ipad

Hi we have just launched the Minicorp WP website as our new core company website which looks great thank you guys!

We at the moment are testing and I have came up with one issue that stands out at the moment which is once in IPAD mode (viewing on ipad or mobile) the navigation dose not show a label title on the header bar nav or main nav this typically is on the secondary navigation which is not that intuitive once resized to the ipad or mobile view is there a way of making a title so that visitors can see this is a navigation and lead them to interact with this..

Im finding this hard to try and explain without a screenshot if you can forward and email address I can forward a screenshot displaying what I mean

I hope there is a solution as the members of the board at work have picked this up
and its a bit of a deal breaker if I can not get a fix Please Help
