Visual Composer unable to edit – blocks, boxes, tabs and toggle elements

Hi,

I have a problem with adjust some rows. When I use a block, tabs or an accordeon/toggle element I’m not be able to adjust, copy or move the items. When I click on ‘adjust’ for example the page scroll to the top and there is nothing happening.

I already have deactivate all plugins and created a copy of the page to exclude all options.
They all did nothing..

Maybe I’m wrong, but it may be a bug in this relatively new theme?
