WP Bakery not working correctly

Happy New Years folks.
I was hoping to finally finish my new site before re-opening on the 4th but WP Bakery isn’t working correctly.

In Chrome it keeps jumping to the bottom of the page every time I do/change anything.
In Firefox it ignores any changes I make.
Using Microsofts Edge is just a mega waste of time.

I’ve tried removing and updating the WP Bakery directory via FTP but no change.

Any ideas?
