Add Clickable Phone Number To Menu

Hello,

I’d like to add our phone number to the menu and have it be clickable to call on mobile devices.

I believe we would use code similar this to make that happen:
<a href="tel:+1-800-555-5555">Call 1-800-555-5555</a>

But I don’t know how to add code as a menu item. It looks like I can only add URLs to pages? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
