Add decoration?

I am trying to make a row with sloping top and bottom, the same as the row “DO YOU LIKE BOLDIAL?” on your demo, but I can’t figure it out! The page is at https://www.livingmybucketlist.co.uk/ and I want to add the sloping edges on the photo at the top of the content.

I also have Boldial on a proofing account, which has the content imported, and I have made all the row settings the same as that one.

Can anyone help with this please?
