Adjusting Social Share buttons

Hello,

I’d like to be able to adjust what social share buttons are shown. I see the option in Theme Options to turn off or on social buttons. But I do not want all the buttons showing, how do I edit that.

How do I get it to just show FB, Twitter, LinkeIn, G+ and email.

Also, how do I move that around, can I make it sticky on the side?
