After Demo Data Import – changing image on Home Alt page

Hi

as suggested I imported the Demo Data… My problem now is that although I can edit various elements of the ‘Home Alt’ page I don’t seem able to change the image of that page (the split open tree) for my any of my own images.

Any help appreciated.
