Browser caching and Javascript/CSS codes

First, I would like to thank you for the theme, I am very happy with it, good job !

I tested my website on google page speed insights and GTMetrix, and they advise me to leverage my browser caching and eliminate render-blocking Javascript and CSSabove-the-fold content.
Are those kind of actions compatible with the Minicorp theme ?
Can I just do it without any problem ?
Do you have any advice concerning my website speed optimization following google page speed insights recommendations ?
