Cannot Login to MojoMarketPlace to Download Theme Update

Hi
My goal is to download a Nalleto theme update from the place I purchased it (MojoMarketPlace)
and
downloading a theme update requires to login
and
I forgot my password for MojoMarketPlace
and
I tried to reset my password
and
password reset doesn’t work (I receive Password reset URL, click on it, and MojoMarketPlace displays: “User information did not match.”)
and
MojoMarketPlace support keeps sending me password reset emails (which still don’t work)
and
I am still unable to download my theme update.

Can you please provide me with a reliable way to download this and future updates – without depending on MojoMarketPlace?
