Cannot Modify Header Information

    Dashboard > Theme > Customize
    When Customize is clicked, an error is displayed on the screen until the “You are Customizing” dialog appears.

    The message repeats with line 821

    The required plugins are installed. They have been disabled and re-enabled. The issue is still present. I killed the server space and created a fresh one. The error remains.
