Change Picture in the Portfolio front page

    Hello,

    one more problem. Sorry:)

    How can i change, how the pictures are displayed in the portfolio front page.
    I would manage the preview picture with the perfect size but at the moment i cant figure out how i can do that. Most of them are too big and show not what i want.
